Welcome to Aspireevolve. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and the purchase of our children’s apparel, including dresses, sets, and T-shirts. By accessing our site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

1. Definitions

  • “We,” “us,” “our” refers to Aspireevolve.

  • “Business days” refers to Monday through Saturday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.

2. Product Information & Pricing

  • Accuracy: We strive to display the colors, textures, and sizing of our children’s clothing as accurately as possible. However, minor variations may occur due to individual screen settings or the natural characteristics of textile materials.

  • Pricing: All prices are in USD. We reserve the right to modify prices or discontinue products without prior notice.

3. Shipping & Orders

By placing an order, you agree to our Shipping Policy:

  • Flat Rate Shipping: $6.99 (US Only).

  • Handling: 1–2 Business Days | Transit: 3–7 Business Days.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any orders suspected of fraud, unauthorized activity, or those containing billing/address errors.

4. Cancellations & Returns

  • Cancellations: Modification or cancellation requests must be submitted within 12 hours of purchase. Once processed or shipped, orders cannot be changed.

  • Returns: We offer a 30-day window for unwashed, unworn clothing in original condition with tags attached. Please refer to our Return Policy for specific instructions regarding hygiene inspections and return shipping costs.

5. Intellectual Property

All clothing designs, brand photography, logos, and website content are the exclusive property of Aspireevolve. Unauthorized reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use of any material on this site—including our unique dress patterns, T-shirt graphics, and promotional media—is strictly prohibited and protected by international intellectual property laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

Aspireevolve is not liable for carrier delays, weather disruptions, or incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer at checkout. Our maximum liability is strictly limited to the total amount paid for the specific order in question. We are not responsible for damage caused by normal wear and tear, or improper laundering once the product has been used.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States.
