What is your return window? Return requests for our dresses, sets, and t-shirts must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

Are returns free? To keep our prices competitive, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping labels unless the item is confirmed as defective. We do not charge any restocking fees.

When will I receive my refund? Refunds are processed within 5 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item. To qualify, all clothing must be unwashed, unworn, and have all original tags attached.

What if my order arrives damaged? We perform a detailed quality check on every piece. However, if an item arrives with a defect (e.g., a faulty zipper or loose stitching), please contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will ship a free replacement or issue a full refund immediately.

How long does shipping take? Total estimated delivery is 4–9 business days (1–2 days handling + 3–7 days transit).

Can I change my shipping address? Please contact us within 12 hours of ordering. Once our system begins processing your shipment, we cannot guarantee address modifications.

Do you ship internationally? Currently, we ship within the United States only, including all 50 states and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Will the colors match what I see on screen? We strive for accuracy, but fabric colors and patterns may vary slightly due to monitor calibration and professional studio lighting.

How should I care for my child's new outfits?

Dresses & Sets: We recommend washing in cold water on a gentle cycle and hanging to dry to preserve the fabric's softness and color.

Graphic T-shirts: To protect the prints, wash inside out in cold water and tumble dry on low heat.

Delicates: For items with lace or sequins, hand washing is recommended to ensure they stay in perfect condition.

How do I choose the right size? We recommend checking our Size Guide before purchasing. If your child is between sizes, we generally suggest sizing up for a more comfortable, longer-lasting fit.
