Return & Refund Policy

At Aspireevolve, we want you and your little ones to be completely happy with your purchase. Because we care about the comfort and safety of all children, please review our specific requirements for returns and refunds to ensure a smooth experience.

1. Eligibility for Returns

To ensure that every child receives clean and high-quality clothing, returns must meet the following hygiene and safety criteria:

  • Return Window: Requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

  • Item Condition: Items must be in original, unwashed, and resaleable condition.

  • Clothing Requirements: Dresses, Sets, and T-shirts must be free of stains (including baby formula or food), odors (perfume/detergent), and must still have all original tags attached.

  • Proof of Purchase: A valid order number is required for all requests.

2. Returns & Exchanges

If you need to return an item for a refund or a different size/color for your child:

  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping labels, unless the item is confirmed as defective or the wrong item was sent.

  • Exchanges: We offer a one-time free reshipment for size or color exchanges (e.g., swapping a size 2T dress for a 3T) once the original item is received and inspected.

  • Inspection: All returns are subject to a quality inspection. Items that show signs of wear (stains, wash wear, or missing tags) will be denied a refund and can be shipped back to the customer at their expense.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

If an item arrives with a defect (e.g., faulty zipper on a dress, loose stitching, or printing errors on a T-shirt), please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • We will provide a replacement or full refund, including original shipping costs.

  • Note: Damage caused by normal wear and tear, or improper washing/drying after the item has been used, is not considered a manufacturer defect and is not eligible for a refund.

4. Refund Process

  • Timeline: Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are typically processed within 5 business days.

  • Method: Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank to post the transaction to your account.

5. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and clearance reasons, the following are final sale:

  • Worn or Washed Clothing: For health reasons, any apparel that has been worn or laundered cannot be returned.

  • Personalized Items: Any custom-printed or embroidered children's gear.

  • Final Sale/Clearance Items.

  • Gift Cards.
