1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship exclusively within the United States, including all 50 states and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

2. Shipping Costs & Carriers

Flat Rate: $6.99 for all orders.
Reliable Carriers: We partner with USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL eCommerce to ensure safe and timely delivery of your packages.

3. Delivery Timeline

We take extra care in preparing your child’s wardrobe to ensure every item—from delicate lace on dresses to the soft cotton of our tees—arrives in pristine condition.

Handling Time: 1–2 Business Days (Includes detailed quality inspection of stitching, buttons, and zippers, as well as moisture-proof packaging to keep fabrics fresh).
Transit Time: 3–7 Business Days (Nationwide delivery).
Total Estimated Delivery: 4–9 Business Days.

5. Customer Responsibilities

Address Accuracy: Aspireevolve cannot issue refunds for orders lost due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer at checkout.
Returned-to-Sender: Customers are responsible for reshipment costs for refused packages or deliveries that fail due to incorrect address details.

6. Issues & Support

Damaged or Defective Items: If an item arrives with a manufacturing defect or was damaged during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue.
Lost Packages: We will issue a replacement or a full refund if a carrier officially confirms that a package has been lost in transit.
