Order Cancellation & Change Policy

At Aspireevolve, we strive to process and ship your children’s dresses, sets, and T-shirts as quickly as possible so your little ones can enjoy their new outfits. We understand that plans may change, and we are here to help you modify or cancel your order whenever possible.

1. Order Modification Window

To maintain our fast shipping standards and ensure your items are dispatched promptly, our system begins processing orders shortly after confirmation.

  • Daily Cut-Off Time: 7:00 PM EST (Monday – Saturday).

  • Cancellation Deadline: Requests must be submitted within 12 hours of placing your order.

2. Order Cancellations

  • Before Processing: A full cancellation and immediate refund are guaranteed if requested within the 12-hour window.

  • After Processing/Shipped: Once a shipping label has been created or your clothing items have been securely packaged for dispatch, cancellations are no longer possible. In this case, please refer to our Return Policy once the package arrives.

3. Order Modifications

We support the following changes if your order has not yet been processed:

  • Address corrections or contact info updates.

  • Swapping sizes, colors, or styles (e.g., changing a size 2T T-shirt to a 3T or picking a different dress color).

  • Adding or removing items from the order.

  • Note: Any price adjustments for swapped items will be handled via a payment link or a partial refund.

4. Shipped Orders

Once an order has been picked up by the carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL eCommerce), no changes can be made. If you provided an incorrect address, you may attempt to contact the carrier directly to reroute the package; however, Aspireevolve is not responsible for any additional carrier fees or lost packages due to incorrect address entry at checkout.

5. How to Request a Change
